In order to determine the cost for you to rent the theatre, a few questions need to asked:

• Are you a non-profit organization? Yes No
• How many hours will you need the theatre? (minimum 3 hours)
• How many hours will you need for setup? (Access to the theatre without requiring theatre staff.)
• Will you be showing a movie? Yes No
• Will you be using the digital projector? Yes No

Film Licensing Fee Varies by movie distributor. Some distributors charge up to $250 fixed fee. Sometimes they charge the greater of a fixed fee and 35% of ticket sales.
